Stephenville Canada Day Festivities
Fun run, bike run where people and bikes are dressed up to celebrate Canada Day. Food, children’s games, musical entertainment, fireworks at the Maryfield Soccer Field.

Professional Theatre Company. All performances are at the Arts and Culture Center.

Parks Day: Barachois Pond Provincial Park
Canada’s Parks Day is a national event and an opportunity for Canadians and visitors to participate in various unique and fun events.

Cape St. George & Mainland Folk Festival
Regional bilingual folk festival of the Port au Port Peninsula with traditional music, dance, demonstrations, kids’ games and local crafts.
August 12-14
Black Duck Brook Festival
Traditional folk festival with French and English artists. Good food, kids’ game and good fun.
October 1-2
Port au Port Agricultural Fall Fair
The Agricultural Fall Fair is an annual event featuring fresh vegetables, crafts, preserves and baked goods for sale. The site also boasts a large petting zoo and a variety of foods as well as pony rides, historical church tour, fresh pork sale.
